Booking & Appointments

• Appointments can be requested via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
• Booking a slot does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.
• Please provide accurate birth details (date, time, place) — inaccurate details may affect the accuracy of your reading.
• We may reschedule an appointment in case of unavoidable circumstances, and will inform you as early as possible.

Fees & Payment

Consultation fees are shared with you before your session and may vary by consultation type. Fees are payable at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though any fee already agreed for a confirmed appointment will be honoured.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Consultation fees already paid for a completed session are non-refundable, as the reading and preparation work involved has already been carried out.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Astrology, palmistry, numerology and Vastu guidance are advisory in nature and based on traditional interpretive practices. We do not guarantee specific life outcomes, and remedies suggested are intended as supportive practices, not promises of results.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the personal and birth details you provide. Decisions made based on guidance received during a consultation remain your own responsibility — we encourage you to use your own judgement, especially for major life, financial, medical or legal decisions.
